Frequently Asked Questions

Practical answers for procurement, R&D and engineering teams evaluating PolyE materials.

What is rotomolding-grade modified polyethylene?

It is polyethylene powder formulated and modified for rotational molding — optimized for powder fluidity, melt behavior, wall-thickness uniformity and part strength in large hollow parts.

Which PE grade should I choose — HDPE, MDPE or LDPE?

Use modified HDPE for stiff, structural parts (tanks, housings); MDPE for larger tanks and buoys needing extra crack resistance; LDPE for flexible, low-temperature or soft-touch parts.

Can you add antibacterial or anti-algae functions?

Yes. We offer optional antibacterial, anti-algae, antistatic and flame-retardant packages, singly or combined, tuned to your application and market.

What is the difference between PE and PO anti-corrosion coatings?

Both are polyolefin-based linings. PE coating is widely used for pipes and tanks; PO (polyolefin) lining targets more aggressive chemical, electroplating and wastewater environments.

What are solid-state battery materials?

They include solid electrolytes (sulfide, oxide, polymer) and specialized binders that replace or reduce flammable liquid electrolytes, improving safety and energy density.

What does modified PVDF binder do in a battery?

PVDF binder holds electrode active materials together and supports electron/ion pathways. Modified grades improve cohesion, rate capability and cycle life, and suit dry-electrode processes.

Can you customize a grade for my part?

Yes. We tailor density, color, additives and modification to your part geometry, climate and regulatory requirements, then support trial molding.

Do you provide technical data sheets (TDS) and SDS?

Yes. TDS and Safety Data Sheets are available per grade on request.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on grade and packaging; please contact us with your grade and volume so we can quote accurately.

What are your typical lead times?

Lead times vary with order size and customization; we confirm after reviewing your specification and forecast.

Do you supply samples?

Yes. We can provide sample quantities for evaluation and trial molding.

Which markets do you serve?

Priority: United States, Germany/EU and GCC (UAE & Saudi Arabia); also Indonesia, Mexico, Australia and broader Asia, Europe and Latin America.

How do you support overseas buyers?

We provide localized content and support in English, Arabic, Spanish and Indonesian, with a dedicated export contact (Mr. Tian) reachable by phone and WhatsApp.

Do you have quality and certification systems?

We apply structured quality management (6M, 5W, FMEA, fishbone analysis, PDCA) and work with academic advisors; specific certifications are confirmed per inquiry.
